Sand casting is a traditional and typical casting process. It uses green sand(wet sand) or dry sand to form the molding system. The samd patterns are made of wood or metal in order to form the hollow cavity. FHZL has the advanced 3DP micro-drop printing technology, our sand cavity will no need wood or matal mold, we will produce by 3D printing. The molten metal then pour into the cavity to form the castings after cooling and solidification. Sand casting has lower cost than other casting process both for mold development and unit casting part. Nowadays, the new material has beel used like furan resin coated sand casting, lost foam casting and vacuum casting also the type of sand casting.
